The purpose of this concept is to benefit both the public transit users and the transportation company. The service gathers feedback from public transport users which can then be used in various ways by the operator, to develop their services. Answers and feedback are gathered on Google Sheets in real-time for the operator to view. The other side of the service is helpful chatbot who assists passengers with all travelling-related questions, such as timetables, stop locations, payment methods and mobile app downloads.

Users are not required to make any downloads. The service is accessible through a custom short URL and QR code. We provide sticker designs to promote the service. Our bots do not collect personal data, only answers to questions and visitor traffic analytics.
